应用

     矿物油已用作微滴胚胎培养中的覆盖层。

注意

     该产品并不无菌。矿物油难以灭菌。它只能通过仔细过滤温热的油来灭菌。

分析说明

     该材料在微滴胚胎培养物中作为覆盖物已经过测试。（所有经检测的胚胎材料都是使用小鼠胚胎进行检测的。）通常使用BCF1 x BDF1杂合体。
     该油主要用于防止培养基蒸发，特别是在进行胚胎操作时。1相应的步骤如下：单细胞（BCF1 X BDF1）胚胎在三重复的补充含有0.4% BSA的经胚胎检测的HTF（人输卵管液）培养

基微滴中进行培养。如需验证检测，至少70%的单细胞阶段对照胚胎必须在96小时发育至胚泡期。如需产品发布，至少80%的单细胞阶段检测胚胎利用待测材料必须在96小时发育至胚

泡期。
